prestigious contract wins including Meraas City Walk, Box Park, Kempinski Hotel and Residences, Emerald Palace, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Global Village, Kings College Hospital ADNOC Head Quarters Abu Dhabi, BlueWaters Island, Coca Cola Arena; Burj Al Arab, Abu Dhabi Global Market, Kings College Hospital, Abu Dhabi Media currently some of the most iconic projects in the region.
With 97% contract retention,20% revenue growth and 25% bidding success rate, Engie Cofely continuously demonstrates its commitment to providing solutions to its customers across the region. Its global presence, combined with local expertise, enables it to provide customers with the right, locally-relevant solutions that yield real business results.
Farnek has a comprehensive offering across both hard and soft FM disciplines, including bespoke technological initiatives and sustainability audits. In terms of security services, Farnek acquired Certis, one of the top ten companies in the UAE’s security services sector earlier this year, including 1,800 staff. This now positions Farnek as the only TFM company in the UAE to hold a security licence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. In terms of quality, Farnek, was the first FM company in the region to successfully comply with the world’s first standard dedicated to FM systems ISO 41001:2018.
2019 was a highly positive year for Imdaad despite challenges facing the FM sector resulting primarily from
slowing global economic growth. The firm managed to continue the momentum from previous years to
report a growth of 9% driven by a considerable increase in new contracts and renewals. Notably, the firm enjoy's one of the industry’s most impressive customer retention rates at 95%.
Following extensive market research into the FM market, in July 2019 Multiplex Services was rebranded under Inspire Integrated. Over the last two years, the company has managed to have a well-balanced portfolio across a diverse range of industries such as retail, healthcare, defence, government, commercial and hospitality.
2019 was very significant for ServeU achieving over 18% growth in revenues and 12% growth in profits. Its work force has grown about 5% from 4850 to 5045 to meet these growth demands. Last year, ServeU won 35% more intergrated FM contracts than in the previous 2 years, marking the shift in its operational capabilities as one of the leading integrated FM service provider in the region.
The past 12 months have yielded phenomenal results for Transguard, thanks to its strong reputation within the industry, demonstrated through its vast customer base and consistent customer retention rate, as well as the high-profile projects Transguard has won throughout the year, resulting in an overall KPI success of 97.5%. In fact, despite the challenging climate of the last year or so, Transguard’s CAGR in revenue for the last four years is 9.4%, with a 6.8% growth in revenue from the previous year for 2019/20.
