Dubai Properties Group and On-Time Management MoU
Agreement to provide government services at Jumeirah Beach Residence
Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with On-Time Management to provide government services at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).
On-Time Management, a member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders (SME), will build a 465m2 centre in the ground floor of the Shams building at The Walk.
“We are delighted to partner with Dubai Properties Group and contribute to serving the extensive community at one of the most unique destinations in Dubai,” said Waleid AbdulKareim, CEO of On-Time Management.
“The dedicated centre will help resolve and scale down the time spent on accessing process-oriented governmental services. It will also prove extremely beneficial for residents to address their day-to-day requirements.”
On-Time has agreements with more than 10 government and private sectors. It currently manages centres at the General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (DNRD), Roads and Transport Authority (Main Customer Services Office), and Dubai Knowledge Village.
“Through the dedicated centre at The Walk at JBR, DPG will facilitate easy access for residents to crucial public and private services. We will continue to keep a pulse on community requirements and ensure JBR lives up to its reputation as one of the most desired addresses in Dubai,” said Khalid Al Malik, GCEO, DPG.
The Walk at JBR is a 1.7km outdoor shopping boulevard with 305 shops on both the plaza and ground levels.
Dubai Properties Group is currently leasing residential and commercial units at the Jumeirah Beach Residence, Shorooq Mirdif, and the Layan communtiy in Dubailand, as well as in Al Khail Gate and the Office Park at Dubai Internet City.
