Airedale launches storage facility in Saudi Arabia
The storage and testing facility will hold stocks of Airedale’s EasiCool and SmartCool precision air-conditioning systems.
Airedale International, a British manufacturer of cooling systems, announced that it has opened the doors of its new storage and testing facility in Saudi Arabia.
Working alongside its local business partner, Saudi Temco, the facility will store stocks of Airedale’s EasiCool and SmartCool precision air-conditioning (PAC) systems.
The manufacturer’s PAC systems offer a wide range of up flow and down flow configurations that utilise direct expansion (DX) or dual fluid variants with free cooling capability. Additionally, the line also includes dedicated chilled water (CW) units, ideal for use in data centres.
Commenting on the newly-minted facility, Mark Viner, commercial director, Airedale, shared: "Their new facility represents another significant step forward in our growth plans, bringing fully configured systems closer to the market and providing customers with high performance precision products on much shorter lead times."
The facility in Saudi Arabia marks the Airedale’s second foray into the Middle East following the opening of a branch in the Dubai Airport Freezone in February 2014. Since its inception, the UAE office has garnered a number of high profile projects, which the Dubai International Airport expansion and Riyadh's King Abdullah Financial District project.
