Empower improves customer service centre
Located at the Jumeirah Beach Residence, Empower’s Customer Service Centre boasts enhanced facilities and improved outreach to customers from wider geographical areas.
Empower, a district cooling services provider, has reopened its Customer Service Centre at the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai.
The centre boasts improved facilities and services, which includes registration, bill inquiries and payment, as well as complaints resolution for up to 150 customers per day.
“Since providing utilities is a daily necessity, Empower’s new JBR Customer Service Centre will be essential for residents, businesses and commercial entities to live and work,” said HE Ahmad Bin Shafar, chief executive officer of Empower.
He added: “We have expanded and improved our services in this branch, because providing valuable assistance to our customers is essential to developing the human face of our company.”
Located in the Murjan 1 building of JBR, the centre is the fourth of its kind, joining similar facilities in Al Hudaiba Awards Buildings, Business Bay and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Empower currently oversees cooling services across all 40 towers of JBR and serves over 7,000 properties, which include residences, commercial units and hotels.
Bin Shafar shared: “Empower’s district cooling plant at JBR is one of our first facilities, established about a decade ago. Since then, we have expanded to cover other parts of Dubai, delivering services to more iconic projects and developments. We still consider our JBR project as an important facet of our portfolio, and widening the scope of our services to the community is always a key priority.”
