Bee'ah signs MOU with Ministry of Justice
The strategic partnership will oversee efforts directed to tackle environmental challenges and spread awareness
Bee’ah, the Sharjah environmental company, announced that it has inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Justice in UAE.
As per the agreement, the two entities will collaborate on overseeing efforts directed to tackle environmental challenges and spread awareness.
Signing of the MOU was presided over by Ahmad Zain Al-Attas, manager of Financial resources and procurement at the Ministry of Justice and Bee'ah's COO, Fahed Ali Shehail. Also in attendance were Abdulrahman Ali Jalal, head of Public Services and Facilities Department at the Ministry, as well as Bee'ah's director of Product Development and sales, Mohammed Al-Hosani.
Commenting on the occasion, Al-Taasa said: "MOU concluded with Bee'ah corresponds to the Ministry's plan aiming at fostering cooperation with its strategic partners to design integrated environmental programs that will sustain joint environmental work within UAE following a manner meant to accomplish one of the most significant elements of UAE vision.”
He added: “Based on this agreement, the Ministry of Justice will enhance collaboration with Bee'ah on state level by the mean of e-connecting the websites of the Ministry, Bee'ah and its School of Environment.”
As per the MOU, both entities will work together towards developing an environment-friendly policy for the safe disposal of consumed materials and waste. Furthermore, the agreement calls for the creation of awareness promotions to help motivate the community to reduce waste and recycle more.
