Greater exposure for FM at Cityscape Global 2015
The upcoming annual event will feature a Facilities Management Exhibition Zone, as well as an FM conference to be held as part as part of Cityscape Global Conference on 7 September, 2015.
Cityscape Global, the annual event focused on the latest developments driving the region’s construction and real estate sectors, is set to run its 14th edition from 8 – 10 September, 2015, at the exhibition halls of Dubai World Trade Centre, UAE.
Expectations are high with the event’s organiser Informa Exhibitions predicting double-digit growth for a fourth year in a row.
Boasting 30% larger exhibition space of more than 40,000 square metres, the event will likely draw more than 300 exhibitors from across 30 countries.
One of the latest additions at this year’s edition of Cityscape Global is the Facilities Management Exhibition Zone (FM Zone).
Jointly organised with the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) and sponsored by Foundation Partner Ejadah Asset Management Group, the platform will host a number of facility management firms showcasing their latest advances and practices.
Commenting on the FM Zone, Wouter Molman, director of the Cityscape Group, Informa Exhibitions, shared: “With the region’s real estate market further maturing, we believe a stronger focus on FM should be an integral part of the event. Cityscape provides an excellent platform to highlight the importance of integrated facilities management services.”
He added: “Developers will be able to demonstrate to real estate investors and professionals how FM has been adopted in their buildings and communities.”
An important inclusion to the annual event, the FM zone enables providers of both soft and hard FM services to engage property developers, asset managers and end-users present at Cityscape Global. Additionally, there will be a FM conference held as part of Cityscape Global Conference on 7 September, 2015 at the Conrad Hotel Dubai.
“As we see facilities management as an integral part of the region’s maturing real estate industry, it is our aim to grow this part of our event in the coming years,” explained Molman.
“It is an opportunity for real estate developers to conveniently source and learn about the latest FM solutions, and for the FM industry to reach out to a guaranteed audience of tens of thousands of developers, investors, end users and other real estate professionals under one roof.”
