FSI Middle East unveils BI dashboard platform
The business intelligence dashboard will provide users a data visualisation and analysis of the information stored in the company’s Concept Evolution system.
FSI Middle East, a facilities management software provider, has recently announced the launch of its new business intelligence dashboard platform.
Aptly called FSI Intuitive BI, the new platform provides users of FSI’s Concept Evolution system a digital visualisation of its data and analysis of information collated.
The dashboard can be accessed with a typical PC browser or via mobile device. Data stored within the dashboard can also be restricted by role or seniority of the user. Additionally, suppliers with access to the platform would only be able to view their respective task performance.
Commenting on FSI Intuitive BI, Adrian Jarvis, general manager of FSI Middle East, explained: “Intuitive BI does not replace our existing dashboard, it is merely an advanced option which will allow non-technical users to ‘slice and dice’ and create from pre-prepared data extracts (datasets), as well as provide easy to understand graphical visualisation of data.”
The platform’s interface is able to present data in a variety of formats, which include trends, bar and pie charts. Components and dashboards are also reusable without incurring additional performance or cost overhead. The platform is also flexible enough to allow for customisation.
“Examples of customised dashboards include a customer portal which can show task performance and facility utilisation, and a supplier portal which shows real-time information on tasks assigned to them, and the customer satisfaction levels they are delivering,” explained Jarvis.
“There is also an engineer portal which is able to show their outstanding tasks, and it is available on their smart phones/devices.”
