Imdaad unveils operations facility at 2016 FM Expo
The IFM provider organised a live demonstrations of various features of its newly launched intelligent command and control centre
Imdaad launched its Integrated Network Operations Centre (INOC) at the FM Expo 2016.
As part of the unveiling, the company hosted a live demonstration, showcasing a number of features of the facility.
Developed in close collaboration with Robotina, a Slovenia-based automation technology specialist, INOC combines a variety of technological concepts including Internet-of-Things (IoT), automation, and remote management.
The facility features an intelligent command and control centre, which is capable of analysing performance trends of connected assets, advising corrective action when and where required.
Its features include predictive maintenance capability, machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, automatic corrective measures, real-time monitoring and energy management, to name a few.
Commenting on INOC, Jamal Abdullah Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said: “Through this cutting-edge technology we will remotely manage all client facilities, thereby conserving energy, reducing carbon footprints, and bringing down operational cost to offer better value.”
He added: “Its other benefits include a healthier working and living environment, a better and greener building, and transparent contract reporting. While we are confident that environment- and cost- conscious customers who value their assets would take keen interest in this next-generation technology, our primary target sector remains commercial office buildings and industrial facilities.”
In addition to presenting its new facility, Imdaad’s stand at the FM Expo will include Khaddour, mascot of the company’s Be’ati initiative. Khaddour will educate visitors on the importance of environmental sustainability.
