BK Gulf's corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities through 2016 recognised at fmME Awards 2017
BK Gulf’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities through 2016 were recognised for under the CSR Initiative of the Year category at the fmME Awards 2017.
The winning CSR initiative is one that contributes to the welfare of local communities, to the development of the company’s employees, and the enhancement of the company’s reputation.
The winner was selected for spreading its CSR activities across different categories and implementing KPIs to measure their effectiveness.
Transguard Group’s Employee Medical Centre was the category’s highly commended nomination, and judges appreciated the initiative for providing easy healthcare access for its staff, and setting a standard for the industry to follow.
Other nominees shortlisted under this category included Adeeb Facilities Management and Dhofar Global Trading Co.
More than 100 nominations were received for the fmME Awards 2017, marking the event’s 10th anniversary.
Winners under 15 categories were rewarded during a gala ceremony hosted at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah hotel in Dubai on Tuesday, 16 May, 2017.
