Adeeb to provide IFM services for ADNOC buildings in Abu Dhabi
Firm awarded a long-term contract which includes providing FM services for five towers in the UAE capital
Abu Dhabi-based facilities management (FM) company Adeeb Group have won a contract to maintain ADNOC’s buildings in Abu Dhabi.
Adeeb Group will carry out HVAC, mechanical works including firefighting system and refurbishment of elevator and chillers on ADNOC’s five buildings in Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex (SKEC) 1 & 2.
Adeeb has earmarked the contract win as one of its “flagship projects with more challenges of technology and cost-effective factors”.
The long-term contract has commenced with immediate effect with scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work underway.
“The project involves various expertise from our projects team with a dedicated workforce. This is one of the capital’s iconic buildings,” a statement from Adeeb Group stated.
The Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex- 1 comprises of four high rise office towers namely Gasco, Takreer, Zadco and Borouge with eight levels of car park area.
The Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex- 2 (earlier known as ADMA-OPCO Building), comprises of a high-rise office tower with common car park area, and is located near the Abu Dhabi Corniche and is equipped with modern building services.
