In its second full year of operation the firm has managed to increase its revenues by 15% — from $12.5m (AED46m) to $16.6m (AED61m). Profits have been healthy as well — at 8.7% for the previous financial year. Under Siddique’s leadership the firm has also managed to retain all 24 of its FM contracts where the firm offers TFM, annual maintenance, security, project management and hospitality management services.
Over the next 12 months the firm is going to be involved in a few contracts ranging from hospitality and security services. It will also be providing TFM services to 85 mosques. “Our main focus is increasing our FM share within the UAE market. Subsequently, we are in the deliberation process to enter Saudi and Omani market,” Siddique tells fmME.
