For CoreServ, a firm that was born out of the ECC Group, 2018 has been a year of brand building after it came into existence in 2017. CoreServ started out life as ECC General Maintenance, as the firm was mainly in charge of providing DLP services for projects completed by its parent group — ECC Developers.
Over the last 12 months, the firm has managed to win a lot of work which includes: third-party quality, inspection and snagging for Damac; FM services for J5, J8 & Bahia 2, Ritz Residence, Hyati Residence, ECC Group’s head office. Cleaning services for City Apartments, PPM services for Al-Bayader and annual maintenance contracts with PMI.
Coreserv has silently been at work adding to its clients as it’s gone about creating a disruptive new FM model. “Over the last few months we have grown gradually. And we have taken the next step from doing only in-house contracts — over the last one year we have signed contracts with owners associations. We are now working with companies such as Kaizen, Home, Damac and 360 mostly on residential projects,” Bhatti says. She also informed fmME at the FM Expo 2018 that Coreserv has signed residential projects in Al Barsha and Al Warsan.
