Ralf Zerenner says: “Being the managing director, I regularly meet with all our major clients to ensure the Service Delivery is in line with client expectation. We brainstorm on new concepts and ideas that can be implemented across the contracts that brings in efficiency, cost benefits to both parties. The idea has helped us in reducing the annual cost to several of our customer.”
Joseph Kluh, the owner of Kluh Group, adds: “Berkeley Services has been part of the Kluh group since 2007 and we are extremely proud of its accomplishments. They have consistently grown over the years and today is recognized as one of the major FM service providers in the country. They manage some of the most prestigious projects in the country like Burj Khalifa, Emirates Airlines to name a few. The success would not have come without the support of the Dubai Management Team and I am delighted to have each and every one of them in the team. I see a lot of potential for Berkeley Services to grow in the UAE market as there is a good demand for quality service providers.”
