For the year 2018-2019, Saudi-based Muheel raked in $30m (SAR113m), a 37% increase from previous year’s. Some of the FM firm’s new contracts include Crown Prince Private Office (MEP and cleaning), Saudi Cargo New Terminal Riyadh (MEP and cleaning), NEOM (cleaning), and others.
The three most important Middle Eastern markets for the company are KSA, UAE and Kuwait.
This year Muheel launched Yellafix.com a mobile resident and retail maintenance services, and Muheel Energy Services (MES) powered by HansaEnergy. MES provides building retrofits and funding to help building operates reduce energy.
Jason Ruehland, CEO adds: “We also provide training (free of cost) to clients on how to use CAFM, manage assets and service quality.”
Muheel is one of the first Saudi-owned companies to complete BICS certification.
