Arjun Mohan - VPS Healthcare
Arjun Mohan is a management professional with over fifteen years of experience in diverse sectors such as facility management, aviation, law, service performance and audit. In November of 2019, Mohan joined VPS Healthcare as the Director of Facilities and is presently in charge of centrally managing facilities across the group. He has been instrumental in bringing in technological innovations across the Group’s business units
Eng Ansari - Adeeb Group
Eng.Ansari has set the vision and organisation values and has put huge efforts on engaging the stakeholders in the alignment to the firm's vision and strategy. He has designed the systematic approach on Enterprise Asset Management/work order management, building management, document management, automated workflow for scheduling and notification of planned and requested tasks, budget forecasting and scenario analysis for facilities capital investments, integration with financial systems, electronic generation of purchase requests and purchase orders, among other things.
Gary Reader - ServeU
Gary has over 30 years Facilities Management experience during which he accumulated a wealth of experience covering Engineering Construction Consultancy, Project Management and Business Development. The joining of Reader as the General Manager at ServeU in 2018 marked the next shift in the company’s operational capabilities as a leading Integrated Facility Management (IFM) service provider in the region. ServeU’s turnover has increased 38% since Reader joined the company and he maintains good client relationships ensuring client retention rate is high.
Naiju Anselam - Awtad FM
Naiju Anselam has over 16 years’ experience in North America, Middle East and Africa with facilities management, asset management, engineering, design and construction, quality, project, and business management. His role involves developing, implementing and delivering on the Awtad FM’s strategic plan in line with the corporate social responsibilities and shareholders core values and nobility.Under his leadership, the Company has attained a leadership position in its space, successfully raised equity capital in a very difficult capital market, serves a growing number of the largest global corporations, and is widely recognized in the community for its service to those in need.
Stuart Harrison - Emrill Services
Stuart Harrison’s open/transparent leadership style/achievements stand out among his FM peers. He’s responsible for 7,500 staff across every aspect of Emrill’s business, with a strong commitment to safety/quality. Appointed CEO in March 2019, Harrison's inspired Emrill’s people to push the boundaries of delivery/innovation, creating a continuous improvement culture, where every employee is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction/continued growth.
