Cushman & Wakefield bags Property Management Company of the Year
The firm witnessed exceptional successes this year across many region-wide commissions
FMME Awards’ Property Management Company of the Year award was won by Cushman & Wakefield that witnessed exceptional successes this year across many region-wide commissions including the new Al Rajhi Bank Headquarters - Riyadh, World Trade Center – Bahrain and a number of high profile Giga projects across Saudi Arabia; along with many UAE-based multinational client wins. This firm demonstrated the ability to provide clients with PM services to international standards in residential, commercial and retail sectors.
Commenting on the win, Mike Moore, CEO, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “A couple of years ago we won the highly commended award in this category. Winning the major recognition this year shows that our hard work has really paid off. I believe that the judges have seen our significant contribution towards our client’s success by managing their properties. We are extremely proud and humbled for our efforts to improve in this area to have been recognized by the eminent judges. I’m sure that all shortlisted candidates were hoping to win and receive the award on the FMME stage as in previous years, but this innovative new format still gave us the same thrill and excitement in eager anticipation of the results. We salute our fellow FM companies who continue to provide excellent services in the midst of the pandemic.”
The highly commended went to Provis Estate Management which has done a stellar job in working closely with its sister-company Khidmah in developing all sorts of synergies and optimisation.
HP Aengaar, CEO at Provis, said: “Provis will continue moving its digital transformation strategy forward through the introduction of easy to use technology that meets client expectations and ambitions. Provis is also looking at further expanding its offering to more clients in the UAE and the region by providing high-quality, competitive and comprehensive solutions.”
