The Dubai Mall recorded record footfall in 2019 and as the cleaning service provider, Farnek in conjunction with Emaar required strong teamwork, quick change management and a highly skilled and a quality focused workforce for the project’s success. In addition to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness through continuous training and development on site, the teams had to review all operational processes and workflows in order to ensure that services responded within 3 minutes of a service request across the entire 645m2 of the mall, and catering to footfall over 400k a day. Farnek’s self-developed smart washroom and smart watch became an integral part of the daily operations for both client and service provider
