The firm also minimised water wastage by replacing conventional mop systems with microfiber mops.

The other highly commended winner was Imdaad’s Isnaad.
During 2022, Isnaad successfully won new project and renewed nearly 95 percent of its existing contracts, demonstrating the effectiveness of its year-on-year strategy. Through its provision of project-specific cleaning services, Isnaad was able to set new benchmarks for the industry in terms of flexibility, resource optimization, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. By strengthening its internal functions, the company was able to successfully widen its operational footprint in 2022 with a total of 72 new contracts signed during the year and 153 contract renewals.
