Reliance Facility Management is a ISO 9001:2015 certified Facilities Management (FM) company offering services for FM Operations, FM Consulting, and FM Training.
It offers the complete range of hard and soft services including risk management and administrative services for a wide range of properties. It takes care of high-rise towers, residential buildings, villa communities, corporate campuses and retail chains.
Dilip Khatwani, CEO says that the biggest challenge facing the business over the next 12 months is to “ensure healthy cashflows while the firm grows in revenues”.
The major contracts implemented and renewed between January 2021 and October 2021 are FAB in Abu Dhabi, Pastor Real Estate in London, and Magrabi in Dubai.
