Awtad FM has been awarded the contract to provide infrastructure operation and maintenance services to Manipal University, Dubai Campus.
The scope of the service includes infrastructure operation and maintenance of all assets including potable water, irrigation, storm and sewerage networks and their respective pump station and reservoirs, including HV/LV power networks. Services also include operations and maintenance of the campus buildings, street as well as hostel facilities, site offices, welfare facilities, security guards and concierge management services.
Naiju Anselam, general manager Awtad FM, said: “Our team is in full action for the deployment of workforce. It may sound cliché, but swiftness is more effective when supported from the top. It’s not just one of many important factors, but arguably the most important critical success factor for any new project or program. Whether the idea started from the top or not, support from above will set the appropriate tone placing employees on notice that this new approach is a priority for the organization. Employees are more willing to buy into a project if they know management is fully behind it. The addition of necessary resources like staffing and funding is also more likely with top management’s support.”
The campus, spread over an area of 750,000 sq ft, is well-equipped with modern facilities and amenities to provide all its students a conducive environment to grow academically as well as personally. As a service provider, Awtad FM must deliver the needs of students, staffs and guests by constantly maintaining the buildings and exceeds their high expectations of the services rendered.
